I don't know how and what to upload to my host…

Well I need help I want to know how to setup some forums. I need them for me and some of my friends. I have a host but I need to know where to get templates and how to upload the template to my ftp file host.

Excuse me silentdemonic what are the specifications for the server you are using to host this FREE service with?
