When i register the ocx's should i put it in system 32 or syswow64?

When I load VB6 it gives me that error and when I try to add it using components it gives a file not found error.

Im trying to learn how to draw using a bamboo tablet. These where the results/concept art.

I wasn't able to work on this at all because of "real life". Its been a crazy couple of weeks and hopefully I will have more time to work on it.
Today I sat down and fixed the sprite.
The other one seemed to flat and the shoulder made me mad.

Stay far away from any game made by Artix Entertainment. They have constant updates but every update requires an upgraded account or money to buy their premium credits. This game is fun but they want you to buy stuff. An example of this is when you try to catch a monsters form and fail, you can pay 5 bucks to get another roll for it. Good game, bad company.

I need a programmer to help with combat mechanics. What I want to do is have a 2 to 3 slot skillbar but the skills change based on the weapon you have equipped like in GW2.

I cant show you much but I did add a features section and here is a small image of the first planet's tiles. There will be more but this is what I have.

LunarDust Sidescrolling ORPG
LunarDust is a 2d sidescrolling ORPG being made by me. The ORPG is centered around discovery. New planets will spawn weekly and players will have to race to find the treasures in each planet. Crafting will also be a big part in this ORPG. Most of your armor will be crafted or traded. Monsters drop material instead of items and bosses drop "special" material used to make Gleaming weapons. Gleaming weapons are weapons that a upgraded versions of regular weapons and can give a side affect like poison. I chose the side scrolling view for this game because I like the view it shows on worlds. It also allows players to see whats under the surface. I am inspired by Starbound and Wonderking.

In 2036 North Korea found a new element under the border of the two Koreas while trying to invade South Korea's underground. This element was made when Magnesite and Nuclear waste is mixed. They want to name the Jongunium but the UN and South Korea forced them to name it Panmunium after the border between the two Koreas. North Korea found that the new element was perfect for fuel. North Korea took the opportunity and took control of the market for alternative fuels. 20 years later an American-Japanese company Unzcorp found a large deposit of the Panmunium off the coast of Japan. They started drilling immediately so they can beat North Korea and take control of the Economy. *60 Years later* In 2116 a drilling device exploded in the Unzcorp Pamnunium mine. After the explosion the earth started to have extreme seismic activity. The United States and Japan called for an evacuation of earth and went on a mission to find a new planet to live on. Months after they evacuated the earth an earthquake cause nuclear explosions by China and it cause the earth to split in half. All of Europe, Russia, Israel, Australia, China, Canada and "suggest more nations below!" where able to join The United states in space and help the search to find a new planet. This is where you come in…...

000Webhost does not have Cpanel and the uptime is aorund %75
Bytehost had cpanel but it took forever for me to connect to the site.

In the picture on the left you can see MSCOMCTL32.OCX in my System32 Folder. On the right is the same folder but opened by a OCX registering program. As you can see its not there. Why?
