  1. @Admiral: > Do you want the guard to talk when you attack them (or be able to attack the guard at all)? You probably set the guard's defense too high. > > As for a talking shopkeeper, it's very easy to script: > Case 1 > Call PlayerMsg(Index, "Hi! This is the message a shopkeeper is saying!", WHITE) > Call GoShopping(Index, ShopNumber) > Exit Sub > > Change the string to whatever message you want, and change "ShopNumber" to the shop you want the npc to open. > Then install that script (put it with the other Cases in the ScriptedNpc sub), create a new scripted npc, set it to that case, and you should be good. Thanks, and I want that the guard isn't attackable but speakable.

Shopkeepers don't work, guards, I attack them but it says: Your attack does nothing.

But does this works with guards and shopkeepers to?
  4. I'm dumb :( How do i talk to NPC's? :embarrassed:
  5. @Admiral: > @Shankara: > > > @Admiral: > > > > > By original, you mean the old 32x32 sprites from Eclipse 1, the TE sprites, or just the default spritesheet that comes with the latest version of Eclipse? > > > > latest version, changed original to standard ;) > > Very well, here ya go (see attached image). Tyvm. Sorry for the post in wrong forum part. I'm new here ;-d
  6. @Admiral: > By original, you mean the old 32x32 sprites from Eclipse 1, the TE sprites, or just the default spritesheet that comes with the latest version of Eclipse? latest version, changed original to standard ;)
  7. Can anyone please post the standard eclipse sprites? Kinda f'ked mine up :embarrassed:
  8. i need a tile for my currency on my game. But I don't find any good standard ones. Is there maybe a link on some others like gold and how you install them?
  9. @Soul: > Do /loc, it will show the X and Y your players standing at, go to the place where you want your NPC to spawn and see what it says. K thanks, I'll try that ;)
  10. @Soul: > Did you put NPC Avoid around the NPCs spawn point so it stays there? That's not the problem. I want to pick the NPC's spawn place but I don't know how to work with the coördinates.
  11. @Soul: > Click Map Editor > Properties > NPC. If your using EE (and up) you should be able to. That's when I got to pick the coödinates. Doesn't help me very much :s
  12. When I add an NPC I can't select the exact position. I can choose the coördinates but that doesn't help me. I read somewhere that in map editor -> attributes there is a label "NPC spawn" but I don't see it.
  13. So, if I understood it right you can make an engine for us to make games with it? Will your game be online?
  14. **Story:** Once upon a time, there was a god named Eldith. She floated billions of years, thinking, thinking of what was missing. After all those years she started to feel lonely. She got it! She needed to build 'life'! After 500 years of hard work her work was done. She had created a civilization. But she didn't know there was another god. Rayahth was his name. But he only loved power and greed. He was watching Eldith building "Earth" for 500 years, waiting for when she was finished. When Rayahth saw his chance, he flew stealthly to Earth. Eldith did not know what danger was coming. When Rayahth arrived he attacked the capital of Earth named "Veras". He brought chaos and panic to the world. Some people hid, some of them came together and formed an alliance named "Ichtaca". They fought against Rayahth and his dark army called "Ohuth". So many people died. So many were wounded. It was an everlasting war between good and evil. But one day, everything changed… Both armies called all their forces to batlle. The power of that battle was so intense that it created a magical force. Everyone stopped fighting. They saw something in the sky. It was a dragon! But not a normal dragon. No. This was "Radath", god of balance. With his unknown powers he split the world in 2 parts, each floating away from eachother in the universe. One evil world and one good world. Rayahth ruled in the evil world, Eldith ruled in the good world. But Radath was never seen again... Now it's your choice, do you wish to battle for evil of for good? **Info/Summary:** I need some spriters because I SUCK at spriting. Maybe when the game's beta version is released I will also need some map designers but that's not needed atm. **Time Era:** The game takes place in the Middle Ages. **Gameplay type:** It's a fantasy game where the players must complete quests and battle against the other clan. **Features:** Atm, not much, it's still in the starting period. But you can choose if you want to join the Ohuth or the Ichtaca. **Screenshots:**None yet.
