Love the graphics. Would play/10

Excuse the triple post but it's hard to update without it when people don't post in the thread ![:P](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/community/public/style_emoticons/<#EMO_DIR#>/tongue.png)
All of the server sided stuff is almost done, which allows me to start working on the new items and paperdolls. Here are a few (the items players will start off with rather than being in their underwear, though you can still dress down to your underwear if you really feel like it.)

It's coming along nicely. Keep it up.

Some of your items don't make sense. It looks like you were just throwing on stats for the hell of it.

I can't see how this would be practical in anyway…just saying.

Call me Maybe is my ringtone. Seriously.

I'm pretty sure it's fixed in the Event System 2.3, which is way better than EO 2.0 anyway.

EDIT: Ok I read it. Don't label us all as scum for the actions of just one person next time. -
Nope.

All of your links are broken.

I don't think double posting applies to project owners posting in their projects, or at least it shouldn't.

Don't pay someone money for this. Use this [http://www.advancedinstaller.com/](http://www.advancedinstaller.com/) (or another installer) and use Joyce's autoupdater.

I like the realistic angle approach with the weapon holding; always wanted to do the same but it doesn't really work with Aegis due to pixel limitation on the sprite. Looks really great.

Nobody ever bumps _my_ threads.

That's a thousand times better, because it actually looks like a tree.

Added a list of quite literally everything I need to do before the alpha. Like I said I've started school, but my schedule is not intensive enough to interfere much at all with Aegis' development. After tomorrow I also have Friday-Monday off so I'll try to get the alpha out then.

A website that doesn't look like shite; that's refreshing.
-
Why don't you just use Eclipses? Especially considering you have no idea how to do it yourself.
-
Why are you bumping? Soul already told you what you have to do.

Block only reduces 80% of the damage you blocked. Parry reduces 100% of it and also deals 20% of your attack damage back. (At least on Aegis is how they'll work.) Block can only be on shields, whereas Parry and Dodge can be on armor.

UPDATE: Thanks to a lot of programming help from oreo (mostly framework, but a good chunk of his extra stat tutorial as well) I have reworked the entire combat system using a bunch of forumlas I wrote up/am writing up. Here are all the new things I can add to items.

Instead of complicating formulas based on your stats, Block, Crit, Dodge, and Parry chances will all be increased by raw percentages from items. Your **Spell power** stat is a raw number that will increase your spells damage by itself. Say you have 50 spellpower? All your damaging and healing spells will do an extra 50 +/-. **Spell resistance** is the same thing, but the other way around. If you have 45 spell resistance, 45 damage will always be taken off any magic attack you suffer. **Tenacity** is a PvP stat given only by PvP oriented armor. Tenacity decreases the damage you take from players. The current formula for tenacity's effectivness is Tenacity x .15\. So if you have 100 tenacity, you'll take 15% less damage from players. At level 40 (the max level), with the best PvP items, a player can have 200 tenacity.
None of the new stats mentioned can be leveled by leveling up.

Thanks. We had a good number of players alpha so now that I'm using the event system, have more tiles and some new ideas I'm sure people will enjoy this just as much as the last alpha.
