I know but when the server is running and I try to run the Client.exe it cannot load properly because it didnt work it says. and what is ELI?

When I try to install the Library Files via your installer most of the files successfully install but some say they were loaded but it couldn't connect with the install server or something like that? Can someone tell me how to get this to work? Or at least whats happening? Please and Thank-Yous, Dethslayer7 :lipsrsealed:
