  1. CD has no composition or unity whatsoever. It's literally just random shit in random places. The title of the album, which I assume is the most important part, is just off in the corner. Nothing points to it. Everything suggests that the smoke or spilled beverage would be the center piece, but what the duck do they have going on… I guess the logo is okay, but I don't like the raven(it's too messy compared to the rest of the logo) and that's basically all that's interesting.

    The only semi-decent piece is the vintage poster, but that is because of the good photography, not the half assed edits. What's the red dot there for anyways? I'm going to assume it's a portal reference, but it still looks like shit... kind of like splattered paint surrounded by spray paint.

    Go learn how to make art. Learn something about composition, about emotion... open up an art text book. You'll learn a lot.

    The spear on the far right I dunno if I can make look much better, as the point is very small. I'll try changing the color of part of the outline. As for the sword, I think I can make the shading a little bit more accurate. Good catch with that.
  6. I really liked where it was going earlier. Expand on the ancient americas thing. Maybe let people make tribes. Just make a rich experience with what you had earlier and it won't be too much like any game. Really I think making more focus on combat would detract from its uniqueness, as most games focus on combat.

    If that part of his beard was invisible, then it's likely that the subject's right eye would be slightly smaller than his left, and that his nose would protrude more noticably from his face. The beard/hair would also taper more gradually into nothingness. I don't think his right ear would be visible either. Can you post the reference?

    Who's to say that time isn't geometric or mathematical? We might perceive it as… well, time, but whose to say that right now our universe isn't just moving through the fourth dimension at a rate of one second per second?

    Doesn't seem like you followed the tutorial at all, looks like you just randomly clicked around. You still don't have enough contrast. Make the colors look more different from each other, the light shades lighter and the dark shades darker. You could boost up the saturation as well, and make it more green rather than gray.

    As for the portrait, the main thing is the gloss like kusy said. In my opinion the hair looks fine, but on the left(viewer's view point) his beard disappears I don't think that that would happen quite like that.
