How do I change login text?

Ok, when i'm on the login part, I made all of my grafics, and made my own text for the first screen that pops up where it said "login,new,delete,etc." well on the parts where your putting iun your username and passwords and stuff, can you like change where that is located, and how it is said? example: it sais username:"*******", and i wanna change the username text to (Identity):******.

can some one tell me if this can be done?
