Hi, welcome to the Recruiting Center!  The purpose of this board, is for asking users to join your development team; you can make a topic here, and other people can PM you letting you know they want to join your team.

There are certain guidelines you must follow though, and they are rather strict.  But if you follow the templates and advice laid out in this thread, you should be fine.
