Total Eclispe - Release 3 ?

in TE3 i want a pet system, npc pop up chats and cool scripts,
1\. Pet System
Without this i dont think shining sun will succeed, i also need a ton of sprites, but that wont be a probelm
2\. NPC pop up chats
This would be the biggest edition to TE3 (if so…) i want this becuase a game with this would look very kool!!!
