GUI for a game called three kingdoms

Ok, i know the title is vauge and kinda boring but if any one wants to try I would like the use of whatever colors you feel fit and whatever you want, but i do have a few musts.

but from there on it's pretty much open to your disgression as an artist, thank you in advanced for whoever picks up this task. btw I need a full set, not just a few so this is kinda a big thing to ask if anyone is up to it.
