3d eclipse

i was thinking there is properly allot of smart people that use eclipse that do allot of training with scripts an that they could come together  to create a new eclipse thats 3d but still on the basis that its like the 2d version where it is easy to use and free(hopefully)this question has nearly almost asked every day in peoples heads or they type it down like me but i was thinking if the game someone created went over the max user limit they would have to pay a certain
amount to the creators. just an idea feel free to criticize me in any way. ^-^
