I cant find a "publishing" tutorial

i dont like to keep telling my friends to download the client and the needed files (then puting in my ip etc) - is there anyway tutorial showing what files u need to zip / put in a instalation maker and if you can include the "needed files" so you dont need to download them off the website? because it never seems to work with out the needed files

i know it seems simple enuth just to zip it but the question is if there are un-needed files i dont need to include. such as reshacker (i seem to understand this changes icons etc?)  hmm… anyway thanks whoever reads this
