[Argument] Fan Based Games [Argument] [No Flaming]

I dont see why people are turned off by fan based games i

s it because "there not original"? Well, yeh it may not be original but what in this world is original? Half of the games on this forum arent purely made up of original ideas,

Example: Hey guys, ive got the coolest idea lets have pets on our game!
-_-, I could Name many other games with pets on there game, could i not?
Fan based games can be just as good or even better then original games
[Talking About 2d Im Referring To Not 3d MMORPG's]

Another Example: You guys watch that south park episode? "Simpsons Did It" When Butters Is Trying To Make An evil plan [something along those lines] but it ends up simpsons have already done it.  It's like that…. It's getting harder and harder these days to actually be original cause all ideas have some origin... So Before you say Fan Based Games are Poop... Look At Your Game and ask yourself, Where Did I Think of all this stuff, my imagination? I Dont think so, Probabally from a previous game you've played.
