Problems (glich) need fixing

I ran into some issues I discover at lest on mine.
When you kill a monster if you damage it fast enough after you kill it,
it will give you more xp,gold,items, etc. With this you can cheat and kill same monster over and over in same spot. This will power lvl you fast and get alots of drops. Is way to fix this it also does it if it lags giving you time to hit it again and again.
I need have it were you can only kill that monster before it respawns.

The other problem i found is when the sprites walk it only displays 2 of the frames instand of the 3 that is there. Also i need it to stop on the standing framing.

Well these problems I ran into , anyone out there know how to fix it? plz!
