Spell stats Requirements and better arrangement

It be nice if I was able to make the spells req. Stats like 10str or 12magic
or even more then one type of stat.  I think the  option needs to be listed in the part were you select a spell to be learn from and item also remove the lvl and class req off spell editor put it in there to. This way spell editor does not take a screen + more and there plenty of room on the item spell part.
