Which is better for my Game

Hi there. I'm new here just to let you know. Ok so for my game I am making a combination of anime shows al lon the world, Like Naruto, Pokemon, Digimon. Now what is better for my game creating compiled or source? I haven't used eclipse before, and people say that souce is hard but i know i could do it if someone was willing to explain it to me. I learned a language in half a year and i can speak it like it was my native tonge. So i have a feling i could get it. So which do you think i should use?
