**(1)** **How To Introduce yourself into the eclipse community!.**
To introduce yourself to the eclipse communtiy you must post a simple little post in a topic.
said topic would be "[I'm New/Back/Leaving!](http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/smf/index.php/topic,12600.0.html)"
Post a Post in this thread explaining how you are new to eclipse, also probably post a little something about yourself. :). Welcome :D
**(2)** **How to start your game!.**
To Start your game you must first decide of a name.
Commonly names should be creative, also use the search feature to make sure its not already taken (see topic 6 for more info).
**Dos and Donts of Game Naming:**
_Dos:_
Be creative
Make it nice
Make it a non common name
Keep the word "online" out of it!
Spell CHECK!

_Donts:_
put online in it!
have it as a foul/curse/swear word

Once you have a name you can either make it a fan based game, a game based on something else, or a game you completely make up. Skip this step if its not fan based

**Fan Based Games:**
DON'T MAKE IT ABOUT CHILD ANIME SHOWS!
(POKEMON, YUGIOH, MARIO, ANY CHILDREN'S SHOWS!)
IT WILL BE HARD TO MAKE IT FAN BASED!

Once you figure it all out you will need staff, or you can do it solo. To post a help add post a topic [HERE](http://www.freemmorpgmaker.com/smf/index.php/board,5.0.html) with some info about your game, and maybe a screenshot.

How to post explains how you should and WILL post in these forums.
**Dos and Donts of posting:**
_Dos:_
be nice.
spell check.
re-read it before posting.
English is a key factor.

_Donts:_
use foul language.
be a NOOB .
flip out.
post large images, post links.
post if its 3am, i mean come on all your going to do is make a ass of yourself.

**(4)** **How To Start A Thread.**
How to start a thread explains how to post a thread in the eclipse forums.
_Steps to posting a thread:_
1.Choose the right section.
  
2.Go into the section, by clicking it once.

3.Click "NEW TOPIC" in the right hand corner.
  
4.Choose a subject AKA the title of the thread, this must be non NOOBish, spelled correct, and having something to do with the info inside.
  
5.Write the post.

6.Before clicking "POST" click "PREVIEW".
  
7.Edit if needed

8.Once you have it all done click "POST".
  
**(5)** **How To Use The Search Feature.**
This will show you how to use search, remember use search before POSTING!
Using the search feature can save time of not just you but other posters, it will also stop people from making thread after thread for the same problem or thing.
To use either type the word or phrase into the box and click search (see 2) or click search and use it there.
**(6)** **How Upload Your Forum Avatar.**
Ever wanted that special picture? want to know how to upload it?
_Here are some steps to uploading a "AVATAR":_
1\. Click "PROFILE".
  
2\. Click "Forum Profile Information".
  
3\. Check the "I will upload my own picture:" then click "Browse".
  
4\. Choose the image you want.

5\. then click "CHANGE PROFILE".
  
And there you have it, you got your avatar :D.
