Help one of our admins cant connect to the game when many others can!

ok my friend cant connect to the server but everone else can 0.o

im thinking he may have been baned but no good it didnt show up in the banlist.txt

then I thought what if its related to my other problem that was locking us out nope still no good…

so now i come here and ask all of you to please help, my friend is getting mad at me =(
