Male, Female

Im using EE v2.4 and all of you know you can set custom to custom=1 so that you can pick you heads bodys and legs.

Well i wanted to know if there is a way that when you click on male when creating your character you will only see lets say the male heads , male bodys, and male legs, and when you click female if shows the female heads, bodys, and legs. because in my game im making 2 different styles of hair for the male and for the female each and recoloring them so that theres 9 for each style…which = 36 different heads. I dont want them to be able to pick female hairs and bodys or legs because that would just be kinda weird if they made a male character with a guys head and a girls body...
