Changing colors of the person's name depending on access, any help?

In TE source editing how do i change the colors of the access of players and the guild access of players. For example i want to change the
access 4 = Creater the person's name is purple, i want to change it from the purpleish color to a black or yellow, something that looks cooler, along with the other accesses and the guild access.
