Online/Offline Html Code Help

I'm sure someone here will be able to answer my question. This is the story:
I asked Munro to make me a script for me so I could add a status bar on my site to basically show if my server is online or offline. He gave me an html code which I do believe he made himself so all credits go to him. The code doesn't fully work. The status bar does appear and it works but there is no image for when it is online or offline. I have the images made already but I have no clue where to put them in the code.

Can someone please report this code with a comment inside that says: 'image goes here' or something.

*Note: the Status Unavailible is there incase someones browser is too old to view the status bar.
