the program is called CamStudio.  This is the beta version 2.5\. I've copied some of the info from the Website to explain some of its features for you all.

This program is 100% free and open source.  I just made the nice installer for it (and it was originally missing 3 .dll files which I added for you all.  This recorder has tons of options and it even generates html pages and codes for your with your video embedded!  It also supports annotations, watermarks, time stamps, all sorts of stuff. It can also record an audio input (from whatever is plugged into the mic input area on your sound board, wreather it be a mic or a mp3 player!)  The main reason for me sharing this with you all is to make .swf in game cutscenes since im pretty sure eclipse has a flash player but nothing else (needs bink video player as i mentioned [HERE](http://www.touchofdeathforums.com/smf/index.php/topic,21206.0.html).

This is another example on some higher quality settings usuing RuneScape.  It also uses the annotations feature!
