Deleting Red Lines

On my tile sheets, I have red lines everywhere to mark the tile sqaures. Does anyone know of a way to take them all away? Like in photoshop or anything?
I've tried a few red eye removal filters from some programs, but that takes all shades of red out of my graphics, therefore ruining them.

If anyone knows a way of taking out this exact red colour from the sheets, please tell me :)

It would save me alot of time, otherwise i woukd have to go around every sqaure on the sheet. Thanks.
