Auto Scrolling Picturebox ["solved"]

Ok what I need is a picturebox with text that scrolls from bottom to top and loops. I guessing that I need to use a timer and of course, a picturebox but I'm not so sure about the code I'm supposed to put in for it. Do I merely

App.Path & "pictureboxscroll.txt"

or do I do something else?
