VB - A starter question.

So i finally decided to learn VB, i'm reading the tutorial that comes with VS2005 and i managed to make some kind of calculator, doesn´t look better than the one that comes with windows nor is better, but besides that i want to save it as an app, so you double click and boom, as every application it starts working, a normal executable.

How do i save it (maybe save it to as an .exe)?

And something apart from that, how the hell do i set a default value for a textbox?

You need to compile it, not save it. I'm assuming File - Compile

Also, only vb6 is compatible with eclipse, just so ya know.

Isn't vb2005 the same? Anyway i want to learn not only for eclipse.

Nope, its not. You will be able to open eclipse using that, however, it won't compile properly.

And what should i use to successful edit and compile the Eclipse source?

And what if i edit EE source in VB2005 and then look for some kind of converter :S?
