Sevg Posted December 19, 2008 Share Posted December 19, 2008 Depends, what we call signatures (they are banners), are normally 400x120, 450x150, 350x120, 420x120.If what you want is a banner to use it as some kind of logo then there are no common dimensions, it depends on the rest of the theme.Then, about the free program to make animated banners, you can download a trial of photoshop or other programs.
