"Hiring" Pixel Artists (small pay… but at least it is paid work)

I'm having a hard time finding large sprite packs that I can use commercially… so I figured I would take what money I have to pay for pixel artists... now the work is small pay (.01 to.05 for sprites/tiles and up to $10 for FULL levels)  BUT at least it is pay... most projects offer no pay at all... and by time the game is done you might have a nice amount of dough :).
