Beginners Questions: How do i make my characters start out with spells?

Iam having a really tought time not understanding this step, its hard..

Can someone please explain to me step by step the "FULL" Process of how i would do?

I start by saying that i have one spell on number 1: Its a healing spell..

I want this to be on my class1.ini (which is the Priest)

Is there someone brave enought to help me? :D
