Open the file called Eclipse that has the visual basic symbol and says visual basic project3.On the Right side it has a list of Forms4.Click the one you want. (i have clicked frmlogin)5.You should see this grey box with little white boxs in it.6\. Click one of the white boxs and move it around.7\. Now that you realize you can move these boxs.8.Move them to where you want them9\. Proceed to edit any form you want at your own risk of makeing it look like C*ap, or amazing.
