Char Select Screen, Pic of Char.

  Hey, I'm wondering how would I make it so when the player selects a char on the char select screen that it shows the character. (And if you also know, how to make it show stats; ex. Str, Def, etc…)

this would probably require editing most of the code in the form of where your characters are displayed.  you would need to copy some code from the "frmNewCharacter" where it displays the character's animation, and you would also need to create new textboxes that you would have to put in as "Call GetPlayerSTR" etc.
