[Paid] Yugioh RPG

I am looking for a programer who can help me made a Yugioh RPG with PHP and javascript or something like that (i can help with php but not with the other languages)

Featuer i want for the game :

* a randon duel page where you can press random duel and find an oppoment at your level
* Save players deck

and of course the game to be multiplayer

I don't think that these should be hard, I mean, if I wanted to take my time I could do one myself.

For a random matchmaking, you only need to make a list with their skill level(some rating system), if someone goes for a duel, it first checks if anyone is in skill-level range,and then if there is, start duel, if not, add to list and make their tolerance for skilllevel increase over time.

As for saving decks, you can practically do this with i/o without even trying.

It's more of a timeconsuming than a difficult task really.
