You need to make a 'Shop' tile, then stepping on it will trigger the event.

Alternatively, you could set up a scripted NPC, like:

```
Case InsertCaseNumHere
    Call GoShopping(index, 1)

```
This would open shop 1, if you changed InsertCaseNumHere to an empty case number of course.
