3 SIMPLE (i think) Questions

Hey people.

I have 3 questions that i think are easy:

-How to make OnPvPDeath the death guy drop some gold (dont need to be of his pocket)

-How to make a command that spawn a monster like this:

/spawn Well you probably see the * there it mean that if i put there a 1 the monster appears normal.
If i put there a 2 the monster appears normal but a Server Message appears saying: has appeared.

i dont know if you are understanding what i want…
NOTE: I know scripting but i dont know how to make this special things...

-How to make Server Messages appear in a special Label (in vb) to all people see (the chat can be full of things etc..)
