well its not realy that hard to understand if you know english
try looking at some videos from youtube and see if you can understand them

hhmmmmm well im a newb and I just started using eclipse so I dont know much but if youre looking for some scripts maybe you could ask someone whos taking some script requests and ask them if they could explain to you where to put the script and such.
