Visual Basic 6.0 Need Help, I can't do something.

Hi,

I have made my new GUI and I have pasted the picture into visual basic 6.0 professional, but I have a problem, I send the picture GUI back. Then some of the resources go to the front but some of the stay at the back I right click and the press Order then bring to front but it still stays behind the picture.

Can someone tell me why?, thanks for help.

Edit: Im using Eclipse Evolution Client.
