How to make New papperdoll and how to encrypt data

Hello!!

I Have 2 questions:

1- How can I encrypt data.
- So I wanna encrypt my game data, the music, the tiles, items.. to an unknow extension.

Why?: 1- I wont people steal my GFX and Music
        2- I wont people edit game GFX and Music.

Its possible?

2- How can I add more Papperdoll items?
