PV ES –- need help with black screen problem

Whenever I log on to the game the second time, the screen is black and says "receiving map", and nothing else happens. I tried disabling the time, and it still didn't change and the screen is still black. I used "reload scripts" on the server and it got back to the game again, although this method works I don't think I want to reload scripts everytime someone logs in :( Can someone help me?

But.. But.. Using EO means I have to learn to VB :'(

You'll have to learn to VB if you stay on PV ES as well.

I don't have toooo XD  D: Although I tried learning VB, it was horrible, I couldn't understand a thing! I think videos aren't my type of tutorial @_@ If you are patient enough, can you give me a couple links to some good VB tutorials?

Oh yes that also reminds me, how would I know what and how to edit for something like EO? Like even if I do know how to put a button/command on there, how do I connect the functions into what EO recognizes? :|
