Server.exe problem

hi ive downloaded eclipse 2.8 but when i go on to the folder server the closest file to server.exe is server, there is no server.exe file, so when I click to run the server file it says "scripting error" on another window it says "data and stat error"

i unistalled this programme then installed eclipse stable, the message that came up was "scripting error"
could somebody help me out please?

I have windows xp
