Introduction

Hi all, my name is Kijurika. I'm new to these forums but not anywhere near new to ORPG development. I've sort of skimmed these forums for a while but never really payed much attention to it. But I got bored today so I checked it out and I'm pretty impressed with the abilities of the members of this forum. So I decided to recruit here. (Don't worry I'm not hitting and running, I'm probably gonna stick with these forums for a while)

Luna Cor

Luna Cor is a 2d online role-playing game, known commonly as an ORPG. Alot has been done for this project in a very small time. Luna Cor's custom source is being created as we speak and the estimated time of arrival for the source is 2 weeks, give or take a couple of days. In this time I decided it's best to recruit a full staff team now to spare time loss on development when the source is complete and usable.

Features

The upcoming source will be released just to start development, it will include all core features necessary for development. These features will be listed below:

Upcoming Source Release

–------Item Features:

>! *Drain- Returns a % of the damage done by each attack as HP
>! *Weapon Range- For scythes and spears, gives more range on attacks than just the tile in front of you.
>! *Dual Wielding- Ability to hold a second weapon in place of your shield. This second weapon must be set as an "Off Hand" weapon
>! *2H Weapons- A weapon that takes 2 hands to hold, cannot be used with a shield or Off Hand weapon.

–------------Spell Features

>! *Visual Casting Time- How long it takes a spell to cast, included with a loading bar that loads as the spell loads.
>! *Casting Animations- An animation that plays as the player is casting a spell.
>! *Cooldowns- How long you have to wait before a spell is usable again, also included with small bars that fill as time runs out for the cooldown.
>! *AoE Spells- Area of Effect spells that expand when they hit their target.
>! *Drain- Drains half the damage done by the spell.
>! *Haste- Speeds the target's movement and attacking speeds for a set time.
>! *Slow- Slows the target's movement and attacking speeds for a set time.
>! *Binds- Freezes the target until set bind time ends or the target is hit.
>! *Auto Teach- No more buying spells. All spells are put in the player's spell menu upon reaching that spell's set level.

–----------Class Features

>! * A customized class leveling system. Instead of staying with one class you have the option on every level up to level one class stronger. This allows builds and funner combat. Also more customization for the players.

–------------Sprite Customization

>! *No more ugly sprite system! Each character chooses their own customized look from a preset , set of head,hair and body images. This is included in character creation as well as in tailor shops in-game.

GFX

No one wants to play a game with half arse graphics right? Thats where Luna Cor's 100% custom graphics come in! Luna Cor will include 100% custom sprites, tiles, GUI, animations,items. On top of that, they are going to look good whether I have to do them, or hire someone to do them.
