ERR MSG, help T_T

I got an error: Component 'MSCOMCTL32.OCX' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid
What do I do?
It happens when I open Server

I had the same error before, make sure you downloaded the Library files if you already have then..
You can do one of 2 things..

1\. Download the file that you are missing and place it in your system directory, go to..
Start menu > Run > type in cmd > then press 'regsvr32 [The file that isn't registered]'
With no apostrophes or brackets
