Server will not open

i am currently using eclipse stable but was using it on a windows XP but i recently received a windows 7 laptop obviously for Christmas but when i transferred my files over to my new laptop and tried to open the server.exe this error came up saying. "error loading the scripting engine" so i decided to download EO but when i tried to open there server.exe this error came up "component 'mswinsck.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid" can some one help me please. i would be so grateful for you time

As the error states, mswinsck.ocx is not registered properly.

Probably in the downloads section on the website you can find a runtime file installer. Just download and install that and it should work.

thanks mate. EO is now working but ES is still dead and i really need ES because i done so much in my project.

Well I would recommend for you to start over since EO more stable. If you still wish to use ES you should try searching for another version of the library files and that might make it work.
