Diference between resource type

I want to ask you is there any difference between resource type "tree" "mining" "fishing spot" seems to all wor at the same function.

Anoter question: When gathering resource, every time i succseed. I try 10 times gathering wood and no times was empty. Is there any chance tobe empty ?

           ^{Well as for the resorces they are as to my knowledge the same, outside of the graphics, stats and rewards lol. Now for the never being empty let me just ask, is the repawn timer set to something like 1 sec? This is just the 1st idea to spring up for me if others come up I'll share them, sorry in advance if this dosnt help tryed to simulate your problem but couldnt yet lol…}
