Furniture System

Hi guys, so im nearly there with engine! I just need some help with my housing, so as it stands droping furniture works like dropping items but they stay, issues with this is the firniture must be item sizes restricting types of furniture to single tiles. I was hoping from drag and drop also for walls like windows and pictures, can any 1 shed any light on how this is done or better yet contact me on skype with code to do it like eo4 :)
