Rikuthemage
K, so I've been turned here, no idea why I can't ask in the shout box, but that's besides the point. I hope I can get an answer pretty quickly since I know that there is an admin online that knows I'm in need. So, I am new to Eclipse and I was wondering how I can direct the Eclipse server to a Hamachi IP. I have tried finding a place to change the IP from localhost to something else, but can't find it. Can anyone point me in the right direction?
Ruins of Hell
Just change the IP in /client/data files/config.ini
Rikuthemage
I am trying to host a server and have the host IP address to be my hamachi IP. The way you mentioned, will it provide this for me?
Ruins of Hell
If you have it set up right, it should work.
Rikuthemage
That didn't seem to work. What it is, I need the server is running locally and not globally.
OmegaRedd
Make sure your Ip for the server is allowed through your router, and make sure the ports are forwarded and it should work
Rikuthemage
I can't port forward because I'm behind 2 routers. Instead, I'm trying to host the server via VPN, is that possible?
Bloo
Why don't you just use one router instead of both?
Death Knight
@âŒÂCδlorful¬:> Why don't you just use one router instead of both?He may need both the routers for some reason. Ever think of that? I bet if he could he would only use one router. Correct me if I am wrong by the way. I am just guessing about that.
