Help regarding skill shortcuts

Hi all ^^

I've been having some weird problems with the skill short cuts (F1,F2, etc.)
the first one is **a)** when i use the shortcut it will activate another skill, and not the one i desired to activate and **b)** sometimes a shortcut won't work at all, but double click will.

Is there something I'm doing wrong?

my laptop won't let me run vb 6 even in compatibly mode. I get an error after restarting pc saying it could not do the installation. >:l

does it honestly matter if its vb 6 or any other version of vb?

Yes I know but it won't run for me >:l can't someone send me a fixed source?
I'd do it myself if I could but I can't.
