Run-time error '339

My friend gets the error: Run-time error '339':

Component 'popup.ocx' or one of its dependencies not correctly registered: a file is missing or invalid

This is weird because he has logged many times into the game and didnt had this before.
I have searched on the forum but only find about otherstuff missing and not popup.ocx

yeah k i could have thinked of that…  now we runned in next problem. runtime error 430\. sirious can't find the solution. and again i am asking much of you nice people :D

Excuse me for my agressive reaction, I have a real problem wih seeing atoms flying and rotating.
