Warp Spell and movement speed.

Hey guys, I have two general questions. The first one being a question about the mechanics of the warp spell. I was tinkering with it and was wondering if there was a way to teleport not only yourself, but perhaps allies nearby. I was looking for guides but ended up dry.

I was also wondering if there was a way to increase movement speed. Through a buff, equipment, or just the source itself. =P
