Need a programmer to help me

SO i am using prospekt dev edition, and in  prospekt online( i have both engines) Theres this stat system where for example if u attack something u gain a certain % in that stat and when it reachs 100% u gain a point in the stat, but in dev edition the creator Split the skills(woodcutting, crafting, mining and such) and stats into different types "stat" and "skills" where in online they all counted as stats so now in dev edition theres no percentage for stats but its there for skills, what i wanna do is make them all have the precentage thing but stats keep the level up points property like in prospekt online, but im having trouble WHAT I MANAGED TO DO WAS put the % beside stats but what it does now is if i gain %in woodcutting(first skill) it will give percent to strength(first stat) but if strength reachs 100% it just resets, SO WHAT I NEED IS A PROGRAMMER WHO CAN HELP ME IN VB6 AS A FAVOR…. cause im broke XD and could really use the help, MY SKYPE IS Danito A, if u can help please give me ur skype so we can talk, i would really apprecite it  :D
