Forgotten Lore - Looking for Concept Artist!

Hiya all.
I plan on developing an indie styled tribal based MMO this semester.
It will fuse concepts of asian, indian, and aborigine tribal systems.
It will be broken into 4 main tribes.

Fondren - Ice/Water Kingdom
Illumiat - Fire/Light Kingdom
Husmao - Earth/Nature Kingdom
Levitia - Wind/Sky/Air Kingdom

We are in need of human concept art.
Featuring characteristics of each kingdom, based on their specialty.
Tribal/Asian look. Similar to Avatar: The Last Airbender.
Each kingdom must have their own fighting/combat style, such as martial combat, staff specialization, large sword specialization, magic specialization. You may chose which of each to assign to each kingdom.

It should be ancient looking, and colored well.
This is not a paid job, but your name will be on the Game's Box Cover, noting you designed the art. Your name will also go in the credits, anywhere else we use your art.
If you do a good enough job, and we chose to use your work, we may contact you regarding designing the overworld map, each kingdom, monsters/npcs, items, etc.

We are hoping to get a few people attempting this.
Just have fun and be creative, we need more people in this world to be creative, creativity seems to be lacking.

@Captain:

> Why would anyone want to join your game? Tell us why your game is different? You're never going to get any _decent_ artists signing up if you've got nothing to show and no game foundation.

I currently have nothing to show besides the GUI http://i40.tinypic.com/dxzcyw.png
I'm working on programming the basics of the engine and server software.
This project will take time, so don't expect to see much for a while. The main reason I need the concept art in the first place is it'll be something I can base everything on. I'm also working on a full storyline at the moment.
