Hi, short and simple we're short handed on staff and could use more help moderating the forums. The site activity has increased slightly, however there's not many staff members on the roster atm, but the ones who are here could use some help. If you're planning to apply we're fully aware that you're volunteering, but you're taking on a responsibility as well and we'd like you to treat it as such. We're looking for people who won't abuse their power, have some experience or back ground with moderating/programming and are good with interacting. You'll need to be able to hand out justice without bias.

Be aware at times your job can be boring, during those times it means your job is being done right and members are behaving well. If you don't have time to dedicate to this position in some consistent manner, this is not for you. If you're accepted and quit and or you're kicked from the team there will be no do-over and you'll never have a chance at a position here again. You'll need to be some form of mature and vigilant for rule breaking. You'll need to participate in cleaning up topics as well as being prepared to handle forum organization at a minimal level.

As for developers most of that above applies to you, however you'd be involved in developing a stable engine.
